Yes, you read right.  You can pick up X-Blades on the Xbox 360 for free at Best Buy with the following coupon:

You have to be a Rewards Member to use the coupon, but membership is free and can be signed up at the store.  The game was priced at $49.99 at the beginning of the month, but then price dropped to $19.99 making it free.  It is recommended you buy something else along with it so the associate doesn't freak out at the free total.
